I see engineering as a bridge between theory and lived experience, a tool for solving real problems and creating tangible change.
I work on robotics, automotive systems, consumer hardware, human-centered design, and humanitarian technology. Right now that means research, hands-on builds, and internships that demand real engineering decisions.
I recently finished my service as a sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army (2024-25), where I led a 10-soldier mortar squad and coordinated fire missions across three squads. Outside the shop I swim NCAA D3, coach free swim lessons for underrepresented athletes, and drink a lot of matcha.
My journey.
